Annapolis is now home to a new Italian eatery. Tuscan Prime Italian Chophouse and Dolce Bar opened quietly earlier this month and will celebrate its grand opening on March 1, the restaurant's leadership announced this week. The chophouse, a new concept from the Annapolis-based Monte Restaurant Development Group, centers on steaks, chops and pasta, with sides like asparagus parmesan, truffle fries and honey dijon Brussels sprouts. The eatery also has a raw bar with oysters and clams on the half shell, as well as a cocktail program featuring drinks like the "Tuscan Affair," a mix of gin, limoncello and blood orange foam. Tuesday's grand opening kicks off with a ribbon cutting at 4 p.m., followed by Aperol Spritz samplings, hors d'oeuvres and the unveiling of a new happy hour menu. 1905 Towne Centre Blvd., Annapolis.
The hottest new restaurant to open in the heart of Annapolis, Tuscan Prime Italian Chophouse & Dolce Bar, is hosting a grand opening celebration on Tuesday, March 1st. Located in Annapolis Town Center, Tuscan Prime opened in early February and is celebrating its official launch on the Annapolis dining scene with this event.
Tuscan Prime Italian Chophouse & Dolce Bar is the newest concept by the Monte Restaurant Development Group (Monte RDG) and is slated to open later this fall. Monte RDG is headquartered in Annapolis and is the home of Michele and Gennaro DiMeo, proprietors.
The Monte Restaurant Development Group, proprietor of eateries like Squisito Pizza & Pasta and the fine-dining Carpaccio Tuscan Kitchen, announced on Tuesday that it will open Tuscan Prime Italian Chophouse and Dolce Bar at the Annapolis Town Center this fall.
